These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Member") and 7888x (the "Platform") governing your access to and use of all services, games, and features available at 7888x.net. 7888x actively monitors all accounts for fraudulent activity, collusion, and abuse of promotional offers. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited activities will be suspended and funds held pending investigation.

Account Verification (KYC): As part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, 7888x may require Members to provide identity documents including a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests above the applicable threshold will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. 7888x shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate and current account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 7888x account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify 7888x immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 7888x will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the Member has failed to exercise reasonable care in protecting their login credentials.
7888x may, at its sole discretion, impose additional security measures on any account that exhibits unusual activity patterns, including temporary suspension of access pending identity verification.
All financial transactions on the 7888x platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 7888x supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, and Cash OTC channels. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per method and are displayed at the time of deposit or withdrawal request.
Source of Funds: By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are yours, are obtained through lawful means, and are not connected to any criminal activity. 7888x reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits or withdrawal requests that trigger AML thresholds.
Withdrawal Conditions: Before any withdrawal is processed, the Member's account must be fully KYC-verified. Any bonus funds credited to the account must have their applicable wagering requirements fully satisfied prior to withdrawal. 7888x reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation of any suspicious account activity.
Inactive Accounts: An account is considered inactive if no login or financial transaction has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. 7888x reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts in accordance with applicable law. Members will be notified by SMS to their registered mobile number prior to any such fee being applied.

All bets placed on the 7888x platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game, sport, or event. Casino game rules are governed by the rules of the individual game providers. Sports betting markets are governed by the 7888x Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately and incorporated by reference into these Terms.
Bet Settlement: Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event as determined by the governing body or official data feed used by 7888x. In the event of a discrepancy, the official result shall prevail. 7888x reserves the right to delay settlement of any bet pending investigation or official confirmation.
Obvious Errors: 7888x reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were posted erroneously due to technical error, human error, or data feed error. Winnings paid out on bets placed at clearly erroneous odds may be reclaimed by 7888x. Members will be notified of any such action via their registered account.
Maximum Payout Limits: Maximum payout limits apply per event, per day, and per account. These limits are specified in the 7888x Sports Betting Rules and the terms of individual casino games. Winnings exceeding the applicable maximum payout may be limited to the stated maximum regardless of the calculated return.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any rights to sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, or exploit the platform for commercial purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7888x and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 7888x makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the platform or the information contained therein.
In jurisdictions where exclusion or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages is not permitted, 7888x's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, bet settlement, account transaction, or any other matter arising from your use of the 7888x platform, you must in the first instance contact the 7888x support team via live chat and provide full details of the dispute, including the relevant account ID, date, time, and transaction reference where applicable.
7888x will investigate all disputes and provide a written response within ten (10) business days. During the investigation period, 7888x reserves the right to temporarily suspend the relevant account or withhold associated funds pending resolution. The decision of 7888x's compliance team shall be final and binding in all disputes, subject to any right of escalation to the licensing authority.

By accepting these Terms, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitral bodies designated by the applicable licensing authority for the resolution of any disputes.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
